Your billable time begins the moment our crew arrives at your starting location and stops as soon as the final item is placed in your new home or space. We maintain complete transparency with our time tracking, with no hidden travel surcharges added to your move day.
I have a condo move with reserved elevators. How long should I book them for?
We recommend booking your elevator for the maximum time your building management allows. While some GTA condo boards restrict reservations to 1 to 2-hour windows, high-volume moves may require additional strategy or crew members to meet tight deadlines. Please notify us of any elevator restrictions during your initial consultation so we can assign the ideal crew size for a seamless move.
Do your movers disassemble and reassemble furniture and bed frames?
